Your Role and Impact:
As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Developing the informatics portfolio strategy, promotional campaigns, and tactical plans in collaboration with regional sales teams.
- Contributing to and executing the long-range plan for the business.
- Conducting market research, analyzing market trends, and adapting strategies accordingly.
- Monitoring product performance and initiating corrective actions when necessary.
- Creating regular reports and analyses on product performance and revenue.
- Developing solid business cases and managing financial planning.
- Establishing strong networks and maintaining long-term collaborative relationships with key stakeholders and opinion leaders.
- Providing insights into user needs and market trends to drive product innovation.
- Participating actively and leading execution in cross-functional teams.
What You Bring:
- Over 10 years of experience in Marketing and Sales within the medical device business.
- At least 5 years of experience in Product Management.
- Knowledge of Networks and Laboratory Information Systems (LIS).
- Experience working in a cross-functional, international environment.
- A solid understanding of clinical diagnostics, particularly immunohematology.
- Experience in Usability and LEAN management.
- Proficiency in English, both verbal and written.
- Knowledge of German and/or French is a plus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and SAP.
