Your Role and Impact:


As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for:


  • Developing the informatics portfolio strategy, promotional campaigns, and tactical plans in collaboration with regional sales teams.
  • Contributing to and executing the long-range plan for the business.
  • Conducting market research, analyzing market trends, and adapting strategies accordingly.
  • Monitoring product performance and initiating corrective actions when necessary.
  • Creating regular reports and analyses on product performance and revenue.
  • Developing solid business cases and managing financial planning.
  • Establishing strong networks and maintaining long-term collaborative relationships with key stakeholders and opinion leaders.
  • Providing insights into user needs and market trends to drive product innovation.
  • Participating actively and leading execution in cross-functional teams.


What You Bring:


  • Over 10 years of experience in Marketing and Sales within the medical device business.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Product Management.
  • Knowledge of Networks and Laboratory Information Systems (LIS).
  • Experience working in a cross-functional, international environment.
  • A solid understanding of clinical diagnostics, particularly immunohematology.
  • Experience in Usability and LEAN management.
  • Proficiency in English, both verbal and written.
  • Knowledge of German and/or French is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and SAP.

  1. An initial meeting with Walter Welton to discuss the role and your potential fit within the company's culture and objectives.
  2. A second meeting with the Hiring Manager, where you will delve deeper into the technical requirements and expectations of the role.
  3. A third interview with the Human Resources department to go over the specifics of the position, benefits, and company policies.
  4. A fourth call with a peer in the same role based in the USA, providing you with a comprehensive view of the position and its global impact.
  5. The final stage will involve a comprehensive review of your candidacy by the HR team, after which they will extend an offer to the selected candidate.
