Our client has new office spaces for its Brussels headquarter. The office is located near Avenue Louise in Brussels. In relation to the office move and the fast development of its activities, our client is looking for a receptionist and hence looking for a dynamic and service-minded candidate for this position.
Job Description
The Office Manager / Receptionist will be a central person in organizing meeting schedules, meeting rooms set- up and travel plans of the visitors coming from Belgium and abroad, lunches and events in the Brussels office (traiteurs may come from time to time for board meetings) and liaise with the teams in the other European offices.
