Our recruitment agency, specialized in sourcing high-quality talent, is currently seeking a Front Desk / Office Manager for a prestigious client in the banking sector. This role is critical for ensuring impeccable client experience and supporting daily operations of our client.


Responsibilities


As a Front Desk / Office Manager, your main duties will include:

  • Ensuring the reception and client areas are always professionally presented.
  • Handling incoming calls: answering, screening, and providing basic information.
  • Serving visitors by greeting, welcoming, directing, and announcing them appropriately.
  • Booking and managing meeting rooms, ensuring all necessary equipment and supplies are available, and clearing the rooms after each meeting.
  • Regularly monitoring the functionality of IT equipment and consumables (paper for printers/fax).
  • Participating in the management and inventory control of office supplies.
  • Managing the receipt, sorting, distribution, and dispatch of daily mail and deliveries.
  • Assisting with the organization of internal events.
  • Providing occasional support to Executive Assistants: filing, archiving documents, preparing documents using MS Office.


Profile Required

  • Fluent in French and very proficient in English.
  • Previous experience in a similar role, ideally in a corporate environment.
  • Professional and smart presentation, representing the company in an exemplary manner.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality, handle phone calls with professionalism, tact, and persistence.
  • Capable of appropriately interacting with all levels of personnel, including CEOs and VIPs.
  • Absolute attention to detail, organized and rigorous, proactive and solution-oriented.
  • Good team player with a flexible attitude towards working hours.


Salary & Benefits

  • Full-time, permanent contract.
  • Competitive salary.
  • Working hours: from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm with shifts shared between two receptionists. The official working week is 37h30.
