Our client, located in the heart of the European Quarter in Brussels. To support their mission and ensure optimal efficiency in their activities, we are actively seeking a dedicated Executive Assistant to the CEO.
The Executive Assistant will play a pivotal role in providing high-level administrative support to the CEO of private investment bank. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing administrative and organizational tasks, ensuring that the CEO can focus on strategic business elements.
Key Responsibilities:

Calendar and Appointment Management for the CEO:
- Schedule, coordinate, and follow up on meetings, events, and business trips.
- Prepare necessary documents for meetings and travel.

Communication:
- Manage the CEO’s correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and physical messages.
- Represent the CEO in certain internal and external communications.

Document and Report Preparation:
- Draft, review, and format documents, presentations, and reports.
- Research and prepare data for reports and presentations.

Event Organization:
- Coordinate and organize internal and external events, including logistics, invitations, and follow-up.

Project Management:
- Assist in managing special projects, including coordination with other departments and stakeholders.

Confidentiality:
- Handle confidential information discreetly and ensure sensitive information remains confidential.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Education:Degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Experience:Minimum of 5 years of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role.
- Languages:Proficiency in English and French, both written and spoken. Knowledge of Dutch is a plus.
- Computer Skills:Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
- Organizational Skills:Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication Skills:Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactivity:Ability to anticipate the CEO’s needs and act accordingly.
- Discretion:Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality.
